5. Copy of all the obtained diplomas (Bachelor’s degree, Higher Education degree, Master)
6. Copy of the overall report card of academic studies (Original copies of diplomas and report cards are deposited at the first registration).

1. Preliminary draft entered on screen (signed by the thesis director and the department head).
2. Individual excerpt of the Scientific Committee minutes.
3. Individual excerpt of the faculty ,or institute Scientific Council minutes.
4. Form of Theme registration authorization.
5. Identifying the subject in Research Centre on Scientific and Technical Information (CERIST), and put into compact disc CD.

1.3 Second year Magister
