  • The forms must be entered on screen.
  • All the information must be duly completed.
  • The files must be deposited in faculties and institutes, cards and registration certificates are issued in the vice-rectorate.
  • The file must be deposited in three copies (similar files are deposited in the department, in vice-deanship .or in institutes responsible for post graduation studies).
  • The Vice-rectorate issues a registration certificate, while the department .or the deanship issue the school certificate, at the request of the concerned part.
